Wolf by Wolf by Ryan Graudin

Set in 1956 in a world where Hitler won the second world war. It is about a Jewish girl called Yael who was put in a concentration camp when she was small. She was chosen to be experimented on and now has abilities to skin shift, meaning she is able to change her appearance. As a result, the resistance gives her the most important job: to pose as Adel Wolfe in the yearly motorcycle race so she can get close enough to the Führer to kill him.
